  • Pages cannot be added if they are owned by another person or business. Pages can only be owned by a single person or business, so in order to use these assets the current owner must remove them from their Business Account.
  • When adding a page linked to an Instagram business account, be sure to add the Instagram business account to your Business Manager

How to Connect a Facebook Page to Business Manager

  1. Head on over to the Business Settings area of your Business Manager. It’ll be the icon shaped like a gear.
  1. In the Business Assets section, click on Accounts.
  1. Click on Pages.
  1. On the drop-down menu, click Add.
  1. Select Add a Page. A dialogue box will pop up.
  1. Type (or copy and paste) the Facebook page name or page URL into the dialogue box.
  1. Finally, click the blue Add Page button on the bottom-right-hand corner of the dialogue box. 

BOOM! Done. Your page is added in less than a minute.
